The mission of the Friends of Indianapolis Animal Care & Control Foundation is to improve animal welfare by supplementing the work of Indianapolis Animal Care and Control, Indiana’s largest shelter. The foundation strives to decrease pet overpopulation, promote quality adoption of sheltered animals and educate the public about responsible pet ownership.
