Special Events Volunteer
Volunteers assist with various projects or special events by providing assistance at off-site events, such as fundraisers, off-site adoptions, neighborhood meetings and volunteer recruitment events.
Public Relations Volunteer
Volunteers help with all aspects of public relations, including writing news releases, producing quarterly newsletters, researching possible story ideas and implementing the Friends Foundation marketing plan.
Humane Education Volunteer
Public education about responsible pet ownership and animal welfare is very important to our community. Volunteers will work to develop curricula, conduct classes and provide presentations to schools and groups about responsible pet ownership, bite prevention, pet overpopulation and animal cruelty.
